Marshmallowy goodness meets peanut butter and chocolate deliciousness! Whether using an oven broiler or the flames of a campfire, enjoy the toasty goodness of s’mores any time of the year! You’ll have family and friends asking for s’more s’mores!
Oven method: Bake the Peanut Blossom cookie bases following the recipe instructions. Turn on the oven broiler. While still on the cookie sheets, top each cookie with a marshmallow (this picture uses half of a large marshmallow) and place under the broiler until golden. Keep a watchful eye as this will take less than a minute and marshmallows can burn! Remove from the oven and place chocolate on top of hot marshmallow immediately. Let cool and transfer to a cooling rack.
Campfire method: Bake the Peanut Blossom cookie bases in your oven following the recipe instructions. Cool completely without adding the chocolate as the final step and place in a container. Bring the peanut butter cookie, marshmallows and chocolates to the campfire. Roast your marshmallow over the campfire and add on top of the peanut butter cookie followed by the chocolate. Enjoy!
